Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a license key has been issued, delivered, or made available to the customer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Digital Product Policy
CrownScreens sells digital software licenses and license keys. Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all purchases are non-refundable.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Software license keys
- Digital downloads
- Subscription-based software access
- Renewals or license extensions
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the product details carefully before completing a purchase. By placing an order on CrownScreens.com, you acknowledge and agree that the purchase is final once the license key has been delivered.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:
- The customer did not receive the license key due to a verified delivery issue on our end
- The wrong license key was issued due to an internal error by CrownScreens
In these cases, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement key or resolve the problem at our discretion.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Any fraudulent chargeback, payment dispute, or abuse of this policy may result in suspension of access to our services and refusal of future service.
